Made in America

As part of the ABC News challenge, ABC4 is featuring Utah companies keeping jobs and money in America. If we each spend just $64 this Holiday season on American made products, we can create 200,000 new jobs.

Two Utah companies say made in America is so important, not just because of the boost to our local economy but the quality they produce compared to the potentially cheaper alternative.

Jeff Cohen from Intermountain Furniture Company took ABC4 around his production facility with his friend Scott. He said his business has changed during the years, “back then they didn’t have staple guns. They put tacks in their mouth, grab them with the back of the hammer and tack like that.”
